Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days)
- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
International Shipping:
- We currently ship to Australia only.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking:
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
- The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Addresses:
- Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. Lou James Creations is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
- Lou James Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@loujamescreations.com.au within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damaged product and packaging for further assistance.
