Lou James Creations is a product based business run in Australia by two local Mums/Friends. We specialise in personalised and unique gifts for babies, children, parents, and special occasions. We pride ourselves on our original designs and high-quality products.
Where are your products made?
All our products are designed and handmade by us in Australia. We use high-quality materials and craftsmanship to ensure each item is perfect for you.
What is your turn around time?
Our turn around is generally 3-8 days. If you are needing your order in a hurry, please let us know and we will try our best to help!
Please allow extra time for busy periods such as Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day etc.
Why does my wood look different to the product image?
As timber is a natural material, variations in color, grain layout, imperfections, and the depth of etching are inherent.
These distinctions are not flaws; instead, they contribute to the individuality of each piece, making them distinctly unique.

How do I place an order?

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@loujamescreations.com.au. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may not be possible if the item has already been processed or shipped.

We currently ship to all areas and customers within Australia.

How much does shipping cost?
We have a flat rate standard shipping rate of $12 Australia Wide. We also offer an express shipping option.
Where is local pickup?
We offer local pick up from Eastern Heights, Queensland.
