Lou James Creations is a small Aussie business creating personalised, handmade gifts for babies, kids, parents, and all kinds of special occasions. What started as a creative project between friends has grown into a much-loved brand known for meaningful, custom-made keepsakes.
Where are your products made?
Right here in Australia! Every item is designed and handmade by us with top-quality materials and lots of attention to detail.
What is your turn around time?
Our standard turnaround is 5-10 days. Need it ASAP? Let us know, and we’ll do our best to make it happen!
During busy times (like Christmas and Easter), things might take a bit longer, so plan ahead to avoid any last-minute stress!

Why does my wood look different to the product image?
Wood is like a fingerprint—every piece is unique!
That means your item might have slight variations in color, grain, or texture.
These aren’t flaws; they’re part of what makes your creation extra special.

How do I place an order?
Super easy! Browse our website, pick your favourite items, choose your customisation options, and add them to your cart.
When you’re ready, head to checkout and we’ll take care of the rest.
Can I customise my order?
Absolutely! Most of our products can be customised with names, dates, or other special details.
Just pop your request in the personalisation box on the product page.
What if I don't see a design I love?
No worries! We love bringing your ideas to life.
Send us your inspiration, and we’ll create a custom design just for you.
We’re all about making your vision a reality.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
If you need to tweak something, email us ASAP at hello@loujamescreations.com.au.
We’ll do everything we can to help, but if your order is already in progress or shipped, changes might not be possible.

Where do you ship to?
We currently deliver anywhere in Australia. Whether you’re in the city or the outback, we’ve got you covered!
Who do you use for shipping?
We ship orders via Australia Post and Sendle, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your parcel. This helps us offer reliable and cost-effective delivery across Australia.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping carrier used. We ship from Eastern Heights, QLD 4305 using Australia Post and Sendle.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate standard shipping for $12 Australia-wide.
Need it faster? Express shipping is available too—just select it at checkout.
Where is local pickup?
Local pickup is available in Eastern Heights, QLD 4305.
Just select the local pickup option at checkout. You’ll receive an email or SMS as soon as your order is ready for collection!

What is your return policy?
We don’t offer refunds or exchanges. But don’t worry—we’re dedicated to making sure you’re thrilled with your purchase. Your happiness is our top priority!
