Yes. Our items are designed for display and everyday use, however it can be fragile if dropped, bent or pressure is applied - especially during handling and installation. We recommend handling with care at all times.

All acrylic items are checked before collection or dispatch. Once an order has been collected or delivered in good condition, Lou James Creations cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs during handling, installation or use.

If an item is damaged after collection or delivery, repairs may be available for a fee depending on the extent of the damage. If a repair is not possible, a full replacement will be charged at the original item price. All repairs and replacements are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

We recommend using strong adhesive suitable for acrylic and avoiding pressure when installing.
