I’m Mandy, the owner and maker behind the brand.

Lou James Creations began in 2023 as a small creative outlet
and has since grown into something I truly love -
creating thoughtful, personalised keepsakes that celebrate life’s special moments.

So, who is Lou James?

The name comes from my two boys,
Louie, my youngest, and Hank James, my eldest.
Their names are the inspiration behind the business,
and they’re the reason I continue to create what I love.

One of the highlights of this journey is hearing how much customers love their products.
Whether it’s a special gift or a keepsake for their home,
knowing that something I’ve created is bringing
a little extra happiness to their day makes it all worth it.
